The Practice is proud to have a Patient Participation and a Reference Group. The Participation Group meets regularly and helps the surgery by offering their opinion on ways we can maintain our high standard of service. Our group is still developing and is planning to organise events that promote health and encourage more people to have their say about health priorities.

A PPG is not the Practice’s complaint system; nor is it a forum to air personal issues or complaints; but neither is it a Doctors’ fan Club!  To be valuable, a PPG must have the confidence to challenge the Practice in line with any issue brought forward and should be self-organising and patient led.

We are always looking for new members to join our Patient Participation Group and/or our e-mail Patient Reference Group.
